In terms of Ryujin Industries, the final quest, Executive Level, is the only thing standing in your way of becoming their top operative.
Executive Level is the final mission in Starfield’s Ryujin Industries faction questline, and it forces you to make two important decisions: whether or not to market the Neruoamp, and whether or not Ryujin should absorb Infinity LTD employees.

The quest can be obtained on Neon, which is located on Volii Alpha in the Volii system. You must first complete the Sabotage quest before you can begin it. The quest itself isn’t difficult to complete, so we’ve written out what each objective is and how to complete them below:
Lobby Board Member
You must speak with the Board Members and request that they vote on the Internal Neuroamp and Infinity LTD. Follow the quest markers to their respective locations and get their answers. You have the option of manipulating some of the Board Members in order to achieve the desired result.
Attend The Meeting
The next step is to attend the Executive meeting.
Wait for Everyone
Wait for everyone you spoke with to arrive at the meeting and cast their votes. The topic of Infinity LTD will be the first to come up, followed by the Internal Neuroamp.
Speak With Masako
Following the meeting and learning about everyone’s votes, you must speak with Masako to finish the quest and receive your rewards.
Decision and Choices
The two decisions discussed above are outlined below so that you are aware of the Starfield Executive Level outcomes:
- Internal Neuroamp: This decision concerns whether Ryujin Industries should get rid of the internal Neuroamp.
- Infinity Ltd: This decision will be made regarding Ryujin Industries’ acquisition of Infinity LTD.
Because your actual decision has no bearing on the main questline story, the choice you make is entirely up to you.

Starfield Fitted Business Suite Outfit
The Starfield Fitted Business Suite is the first Ryujin Industries Unique Item you will receive. It can be obtained at the start of the fourth Ryujin Industries mission, Sewing Discord.
Confront Imogene Outfit
The second item we’ll mention is the Starfield Confront Imogene Unique Armor. You must complete the Ryujin Questline until you receive the quest Friends Like These. Following that, you have a plethora of options.
Unfortunately, the decisions you will make here will not have any consequences. Because there isn’t much of a difference here, you can choose whatever you want to get the Confront Imogene Unique Armor from Ryujin Industries Choices. However, if you are still concerned, consider the options listed below;
- Choose the one who has the option of betraying Imogene or siding with him.
- You will receive the Unique Imogene Outfit if you betray Imogene and kill her.
Ularu Suite
You can either tell Dalton the truth and accuse Ularu of being a traitor, or you can side with Ularu and White Dalton and blame everything on Imogene. Because the choice here makes no difference, you can do whatever you want.
Ularu will eventually become the CEO, but the real reward difference is the 4k credit. You can also take Imogene’s side and, instead of telling Dalton everything, confront Ularu and kill her, obtaining the Secret Unique Ryujin Industries Armor/Outfit.
Operative Suite
You will proceed after making decisions with the Ularu and Dalton. In Ryujin Industries Questline, you will eventually reach the mission sabotage, where you will be given the Operative Suit. As usual, it is a one-of-a-kind armor.
Not only does Ryujin Industries Armor exist, but so does the Unique Helmet. It is a functional spacesuit and helmet with some nice hidden bonuses.
Conclusion
The consequences of releasing the Neuroamp will not be felt during your Starfield playthrough, but you can imagine the chaos that publicly available mind control could cause. If you are playing a morally compromised character or siding with Ularu, you should go all in on the Neuroamp.
